Hello! I’m Daiji Uehara

I have cooked Japanese cuisine across the globe for over 10 years. Some of my favorite cities that I’ve worked in are Tokyo, Bucharest Romania, Hollywood. After years of working as an Executive Chef at a Michelin recommended restaurant in San Francisco, I put together packages that are tailored for private individuals, corporate clients, and other businesses.

    As every group is different and unique, I will curate the menu to be tailored specifically for your party. You will not only be served the highest quality meal, but will also create intimate and unforgettable memories with your loved ones.
